Return Policy

ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT UNIFORMS, LIFTCHAIRS, and POWER CHAIRS and SCOOTERS:

  • MUST HAVE A RECEIPT
  • Cash sales under $50 will be refunded in cash
  • Credit/Debit card charges will be credited to your credit/debit card
  • Cash and Check Sales over $50 will be reimbursed by check after a ten day waiting period
  • Checks under $50 will be reimbursed with cash after a 10 day waiting period


NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS:

  • Special order products may not be returned or refunded
  • Opened, used products without original packaging may not be returned or refunded
  • Due to Public Health Policy, any product that touches the skin or is used in the bathroom can NOT be returned. Items like wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, commodes and bath benches are just a few examples of non-returnable items.


UNIFORMS RETURN POLICY:

  • Must have receipt for a return or exchange
  • Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • No item may be returned or exchanged if worn, laundered, personalized, missing tickets or missing a receipt
  • Items paid through payroll deduction may be exchanged for equal to or more than the value of the purchase price. They may NOT be RETURNED
  • All refunds will be returned in the same form as the original purchase method
  • Refunds on sales paid by check will be reimbursed after a ten day waiting period


POWER WHEELCHAIR & ELECTRIC SCOOTER RETURN POLICY:

  • Power Chairs and Electric Scooters must be returned within 72 hours of delivery. There will be a $350 restocking fee for Power Chairs and $200 restocking fee for Electric Scooters if they are returned without an exchange. NO REFUNDS AFTER 72 HOURS.
  • Power Chairs and Electric Scooters must be in new condition, no scratches, no stains, and no signs of abuse.
  • Exchange will be limited to one exchange without penalty, after one exchange the restocking fees mentioned above will be charged.
  • Refunds will be authorized upon inspection by a Gould’s Discount Medical manager.
  • Refunds will be made by check or credit card only. Checks will be mailed to customer within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Gould’s reserves the right to refuse the return of a Power Chair or Electric Scooter upon inspection.


LIFTCHAIR RETURN POLICY:

  • Liftchair must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. There will be a $150 restocking fee if the Liftchair is returned and no exchange is made.
  • Liftchair must be in new condition, no stains, or odors.
  • Exchange will be limited to one exchange without penalty, after one exchange there will be a $150 restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be authorized upon inspection by a Gould’s Discount Medical manager.
  • Refunds will be made by check or credit card only. Checks will be mailed to customer within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Gould’s reserves the right to refuse the return of a Liftchair upon inspection.


RETURNED CHECKS:

There is a $50 charge (by Tri-Star) on all returned checks.
